Penuche Fudge

Description

Penuche is the fudge your great-grandmother would recognize on sight: made on a brown sugar base instead of chocolate, with warm, toasty hints of caramel and molasses in every bite. It’s subtler than chocolate fudge, and its fans are the most devoted we have.

Sold by the half pound and made in small batches. If you’ve never tried penuche, consider this your invitation to the club.
