Because everything we sell is handmade, perishable food, we cannot accept returns. But we absolutely stand behind what we make.

If something arrives wrong

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery — a quick photo of what arrived helps us make it right fast. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
