Turtle Town is a family-owned candy shop in Keystone and Hill City, South Dakota. This policy describes what information our website collects and how we use it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the information needed to fill it: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (PayPal); we never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, we use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are popular, how people find us, and where our online orders come from. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you.
We send emails related to your order (confirmations, shipping notices). If you begin checkout and do not finish, we may send a friendly reminder about your cart — every such email includes an unsubscribe link that stops them immediately. If you join our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time from any newsletter.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Your information is used to fill your orders and communicate with you — that is all.
