If you only try one thing from Turtle Town, make it a bear paw. This is our signature candy: a generous pour of creamy, handmade caramel over crunchy cashews, drenched in smooth milk chocolate until the whole thing sets into something between a turtle and a small miracle. Each paw is made by hand in our Black Hills kitchens, so no two look quite alike — but every one eats the same way: slowly, and with no intention of sharing.
