Caramel and pecans belong together — ask any of our bear paws. This fudge brings the same partnership to the fudge counter: creamy caramel and buttery pecans worked through a rich, smooth batch, so every slice has pockets of both.

Sold by the half pound, made in small batches in our shops. Sweet, a little salty-toasty from the pecans, and very hard to stop cutting slivers off of.
