Mount Rushmore in winter: a full solid pound of sweet, creamy white chocolate cast into the four presidents. The pale finish shows off the carving detail beautifully, which makes this the version people hesitate longest before eating. They do eat it.

Penuche Fudge

Penuche is the fudge your great-grandmother would recognize on sight: made on a brown sugar base instead of chocolate, with warm, toasty hints of caramel and molasses in every bite. It’s subtler than chocolate fudge, and its fans are the most devoted we have.
